CREATES A CIRCLE TTR (tan tan radius)

We can make a circle with the starting point of the center or one of the three points,
or we can choose the objects that intersect the circle.
Draw toolbar:
Draw menu: Circle
Command line: circle

Determine the center point of circle or [3P (Three Points) / 2P (Two Points) / TTR (tan tan radius)]: Specify a point or enter an option: TTR
TTR (Tangent, Tangent, Radius)

Drawing a circle with specified radius tangent to two objects.
Determine the point on the object first tangent circle: Select a circle, arc, or line
Determine the point on the object of the second tangent circle: Select a circle, arc, or line
Determine the radius of the circle:
AutoCAD drawing a circle of certain radius that intersect with the point closest to the points selected.
