To create an image of an ellipse, select Ellipse from the Draw toolbar.
We need to know the angle that we set the first axis.
Not all of the ellipse is horizontal or vertical.
We can control the orientation when we set the second point of the first axis.
The second axis is perpendicular to the axis automatic first.
To draw an elliptical arc, select the Ellipse Arc from the Draw toolbar or use the Arc option from ELLIPSE command.

Lamgkah step we have to do in drawing an ellipse is:

Select the Ellipse of the Draw toolbar.
At the end point of the axis of the ellipse specified or [Arc / Center]: prompt, right click and select Center.
At the center of the ellipse specify: prompt, select 10 ', 10', which is a snap point.

Specify center of ellipse: 10.10
